Pressure metal plate and color steel plate are very similar, but there are differences in their materials, production methods, uses and other aspects.
I. The material is different
Pressure metal plate and color steel plate material there is a difference. Color steel plate mostly use color coated steel as the substrate, the surface is covered with a layer of color polyester coating, has the advantages of beautiful, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and weather-resistant and so on. The pressure metal plate is mostly used galvanized plate, aluminum-magnesium manganese alloy plate, stainless steel plate as a substrate, according to the different uses, coated with a layer of anticorrosive coating on the surface.
II. The use of difference
Color steel plate is mainly used for industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial exhibitions, venues, agricultural greenhouses, subway stations and other architectural purposes, because of its beautiful appearance, easy construction, good sunshade and heat insulation effect and other advantages are widely used. And pressed metal plate is commonly used in steel structure plant, façade walls, roofing, partition walls, sound insulation panels, screen cabinets and other fields, which is characterized by high strength, good processing performance, and is not easy to deform.
III. The processing method is different
Color steel plate is mainly fixed by prefabricated parts or on-site installation after being made, while the pressed metal plate is mainly processed and shaped in the rolling mill before installation.
IV. The production standard is different
Color steel plate production standards are relatively clear, need to comply with relevant national and regional standards, such as the national standard GB/T 12754-2006. The production standard of pressed metal plate is relatively vague, different manufacturers may have different standard requirements.
